Refund And Cancellation Policy

Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after production has begun, as all our products are custom-made.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at πŸ“§ sales@omission.in or πŸ“ž +91 9650965076.
  • Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be possible as printing or processing may have started.
  • In case your cancellation is accepted, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting payment gateway and service charges.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.
  • The wrong product or size was delivered.
  • The product is lost in transit and cannot be delivered.

If any of the above occurs, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or unboxing videos as proof.
Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund.


3. No Refunds or Returns For

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Customer provided the wrong size, color, or design details.
  • Minor color or design variation due to screen display differences.
  • Change of mind or delay caused by courier companies.
  • Orders customized with personal names, logos, or prints.

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank β€” processing times may vary.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at sales@omission.in.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, contact us at sales@omission.in with your order number, issue details, and images.
